Electronic Subscription Details (ESD) policy outlines the procedures related to the delivery of License or Activation Keys and Instructions for digital software purchases.

Delivery Method

Cybertronix Technologies considers all software purchases as Electronic Licenses. We will deliver the License or Activation Key, along with Activation Instructions, to the customer electronically. The primary methods of delivery are via email or WhatsApp, using the contact information registered by the customer during the purchase process.

Timing of Delivery

Upon successful completion of the purchase, we will send the License or Activation Key and Activation Instructions to the customer on time. In most cases, this will occur immediately after the payment transaction has been confirmed. However, please allow for slight variations in delivery times due to factors such as payment verification or system processing.

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the email address or WhatsApp number provided during the purchase is accurate and accessible. Customers should promptly check their email or WhatsApp messages for the delivery of the License or Activation Key and Activation Instructions.

Manufacturer Policies

The License or Activation Key provided is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the software manufacturer. Customers are encouraged to review and adhere to these terms, as any violations may impact the functionality of the software and could result in the loss of access to the product.

Lost or Undelivered Keys
